I understand Jefferson County Library District (JCLD) residents who serve students outside of the district are not eligible for a Jefferson County Library Educator Card while educators who work in the district but who live in another county are eligible for a card. (required)

I understand that the JCLD's Educator Card is to be used for educational purposes only. Holds may be placed, and materials may be requested through the JCLD Catalog. I am allowed to check out up to 50 items for 4 weeks and materials may be renewed twice. (required)

I accept that the JCLD Educator Card must follow the same rules or use as resident library cards including renewals and fees. I am responsible for returning library materials on time and in good condition. I must also maintain in good standing the Educator account and my person library account. I understand that any fees must be paid promptly and any delinquent accounts over $50.00 are subject to Unique Management Services, Inc. (collections) and a non removable $10.00 fee. (required)
