This month, JCLD is celebrating Sign Up for a Library Card month with a competition! We are trying to reach 7000 JCLD cardholders.  When you sign up for a JCLD card, you can recommend a friend for a drawing. The prize is a Kindle 7.  The friend must be 18 or older, live in Jefferson County, and not be a member of your household.
