Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jefferson County Library District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, will be held at the Rodriguez Annex, 134 SE "E" Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on April 11, 2017 at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public comment will be on May 9, 2017, at 5:30 p.m., held at the Rodriguez Annex, 134 SE "E" Street, Madras, OR
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 4, 2017 at the Jefferson County Library, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, Oregon, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays.
