Getting a Library Card
To apply for a Library Card you must show a valid Oregon Driver’s license with current Jefferson County, Deschutes County, or Crook County address.

show photo identification and proof of current Jefferson County, Deschutes County, or Crook County address, such as: current mail.
The same as above, plus you will also need a parent or guardian to sign.
The guardian who signs the registration card is ultimately responsible for lost or damaged items and overdue fines.
Most Books, Audio Books, & Magazines have a three-week loan period.
DVDs & Hot Titles have a one-week loan period.
Hot title books & DVDs check out for 1 week.
You can renew items in person, online, or over the phone 541-475-3351
We no longer change dayly overdue fines.
You will be changed the cost of the item + processing fee when the item is 6 weeks overdue.
Your account will be sent to collections when your fees areover $50. There will be a $10 collection fee added to your account.
There is a $1 fee to get a replacement library card.
Copies are 10 ¢ per page for black/white and $1 each for color.
From the computer you can print 3 pages free,
Its 10 ¢ per page after the first 3.
We can not print color from the comptuers.
